Find Your Workout Style

There’s no one way to do fitness, there are a ton of different ways to go about it. The beauty of it is that different things work for different people. Some people prefer more high energy, fun workouts, some like grueling, high intensity workouts,and some take more a relaxed and peaceful approach. It is all just based on different preferences.

 

You may not have a clue where to start when it comes to going about fitness, but fitness bloggers all over the world have great tips that you can use to help get you started. One of the best ways to finding your way to fitness is to hit instagram and check out some workout videos. Some of our favorite bloggers also dedicate their social media to sharing their love of fitness with the world. What better way than to post their workout!

Health and fitness has always been a big part of Alysia Magen’s life. That is why being a fitness personality is never really work for Alysia, its something she really enjoys and that translates over to her workout routines.  Alysia always takes a fun approach to fitness and loves to enjoy herself in the gym. She often shares her fun workout sessions with her followers on instagram. Her workouts are always high energy and will really have you feeling the burn, but she never loses her high spirits.

 

One of the things that keeps her going is adding a little music to brighten up her workout routines. She also loves to workout with others and really keep things fun! So one of the things you may want to do is find a great soundtrack and grab a partner to start the process.

Stumbling across CrossFit was one of the best things that has ever happened to Noah Ohlsen. It just happened to be something that he decided to try one day and he completely fell in love. He started competing and became better and better with each competition. He has always been competitive therefore, naturally CrossFit appealed to the competitor in him. That’s why he continues to train and it has been a great way for him to keep fit

 

His love for CrossFit is the reason he often shares his grueling and intense CrossFit training videos with his followers on instagram. So if you are a naturally competitive person and enjoy intense obstacles course, this may be your method of getting moving and active.

Just when she thought she couldn’t get anymore satisfaction from working out, Yoga came along and changed Irene’s mind. Taking this more relaxed approach to fitness allowed Irene to find peace and serenity all while still remaining fit and healthy. She never expected that she would love it so much that she would be a yoga instructed, but years later she teaches others the principles of yoga as well. Her interest in Yoga helps to keep her motivated and pushing towards remaining fit.

 

So maybe you aren’t into high intensity and you want your path to fitness to have a calming effect, why not try yoga? If you are beginner, find a local instructor who will get you started on the right track.
