THE WORKOUT OF YOUR LIFE

When Shawn first used the phrase “The workout of your life,” I immediately thought he was talking about hitting a super intense workout out in the gym. While I wasn’t completely wrong, I learned that he also uses this phrase in a more literal sense as well.

“This is where I learned to stand up for myself and how to take account of what works and what doesn’t work. In Fitness as with life I have learned that Character and Integrity is the name of the game of Success – Not cutting corners or taking short cuts but rather to build and sustain in order to grow was important to me as a NATURAL ATHLETE.

So when I train clients the focus is more than abs and more than a certain body fat percentage – All of that is easy when the entire person becomes the success inside and out.

When training clients I track and monitor 20 different Key Intelligence Points which from what I see in the fitness training world isn’t being done.

The training is done not just to enhance physical strength but mental and energetic strength so when they leave the weight room and work into the living room called life they are strong in order to SUCCEED,” Shawn passionately explains.

Inspired

Clearly, this program means the world to Shawn. Intrigued by his intense passion, I wanted to know what sparked the fire behind him. “I was 38 and had to move back home again after a second divorce and the failure of yet another business – I was lost and scared, you could say I was depressed. I needed to uplevel my life BIG TIME! I had lots of problems in the OUTSIDE WORLD, massive debt, depression, physically fat and I looked about 20 years older because of the stress. But the biggest obstacle was fighting to have my daughters by my side. I was losing them in a court battle. It left me with no choice but to overcome MYSELF, to RISE UP and do what was needed even when I had no money. In the middle of divorce, somehow being unhealthy was my biggest WIN! Why? Because it led me to where I am today,” Shawn exclaims!

After sharing his story, it’s easy to see why Shawn has so much passion for what he does. He is living proof of how fitness can re-shape your life as a whole.

Philosophy

Of course, Shawn didn’t just snap his finger and everything came together. It took hard work, dedication and going above and beyond to make all of this happen. The moment he decided that he wanted to help others achieve their own life changing fitness results, he began learning everything he could on becoming a trainer. “I signed up for a personal training certification course honestly to just be certified but the research and science is what I gathered from not just studying general nutrition but sports nutrition. I also learned many holistic approaches to food in order to heal and bring more energy and vitality back into my own life. This includes everything from calories and macros to specific food qualities which has made a massive impact on myself and my clients,” shawn says.

After gathering information from different sources, the next step was to implement a training system. “I have a unique approach in that I deal not just what my client is seeing in the mirror or why I call the symptoms but I also go into the unseen realms below the surface and that is where the roots and the cause for all results happens. I also blend a 4D approach which builds lean muscle through an accelerated training which includes EXPLOSIVE movements, TOP ENDURANCE high reps, CONTROLLED BALANCE functionality and a MUSCLE LENGTHENING put together into a system I call LEVEL 10 TRAINING to uplevel anyone looking to build lean muscle and burn body fat for an aesthetic and strong body. This is designed from my sports background as well as the techniques from Bodybuilding to isolate individual muscle groups as well as Gymnastic Strength Training Principles to create a one of a kind training method,” Shawn explains.

Who responds best to your method/s?         

“Men and Women who want not just a physical transformation but wants the whole package across the board. Clients who have trained hard and have tried lots of individual high end programs or trainings but have hit a plateau and want that next level – That LEVEL 10 by utilizing a FULL ON approach and wants to sustain the results into a fitness lifestyle”

What’s been the most rewarding part of your journey so far?

“The most amazing part of my work is that I literally see not just physical bodies change and sustain but I see the light turn on inside of people where their eyes twinkle their soul awakens and all areas of their life in FITNESS, FAMILY, INNER FIRE and yes even their FINANCES increase because they affect everything they touch in a positive way.”

What three pieces of fitness equipment should everyone have?

“For everyone whether a busy CEO or stay at home moms and dads 1) Bands 2) Push-up Handles and a compact travel Trampoline to jump and get the blood flowing and great for abs also”
